What to Expect:
  • 3 Fascinating Days of Profound Personal Discovery

Our 5-star member experience team welcomes you to dress comfortably during your 3 days of personal development. We recommend wearing layers so that you can easily adjust if the room feels warm or cool for you.

The schedule outline is as follows:

Friday

Doors open at 7:30 am
Session begins at 8 am
Lunch at 1:30 pm
Day ends at 6:45 pm

Saturday

Doors open at 7:30 am
Session begins at 8 am
Lunch at 1:30 pm
Day ends at 7:00 pm
Followed by cocktail party

Sunday

Doors open at 7:30 am
Session begins at 8 am
Lunch at 12:35 pm
Day ends at 3:00 pm

  • Light Breakfast and a Gourmet Lunch are served daily, along with healthy snacks/beverages and exotic, refreshing juice blends. We take care of every detail so you can focus on nothing but YOU!

How To Prepare:
Please Complete the Intra-Spect Assessment

Please be sure to complete the Intra-Spect Assessment at least 2 weeks prior to your Lifebook Session.

Completing Lifebook’s Intra-Spect Assessment will help you deeply understand who you are as person, where you are in every important area of your life, and exactly what you need to do to improve. The Intra-Spect Assessment also serves as a tool to measure your personal development over time to prove to yourself that you are learning, growing and moving in the right direction.

You’ll know exactly where you are in each of the 12 categories of your life. You’ll be able to identify where you need more focus and balance and, based on your results, we’ll make specific recommendations that will propel you toward the life of your dreams.

Prepare To Make Your Lifebook Memorable

The most important item you can bring to your Lifebook Session is a laptop computer with MS Word installed* and a digital folder full of personally meaningful photographs.

Personal photos make your Lifebook beautiful and give it a powerful emotional charge. We recommend bringing photos on a memory stick or CD.

You will want to bring photographs that evoke positive and inspiring emotions. Here are some tips on what kind of photos you might want to bring:

  • Photos of yourself will be helpful in many of the Personal Life categories, such as Health and Fitness, Intellectual Life, Emotional Life, Character and Spiritual Life.
  • Pictures of yourself with your lover, family and friends are perfect for your Relationship Categories.
  • Nature photos or pictures of anything that inspires and motivates you can be great for a number of categories.
  • You may also want to include photographs of the places you love and the things/experiences you want in your life.

If you can, we recommend choosing 12 great horizontal photos for the cover page of each of the 12 categories (under what to expect section above).

If you don’t have many digital photos, don’t worry! We’ll provide you with high quality stock photography to fill every page of your Lifebook, so you will leave your Lifebook Session with a beautiful and inspirational Lifebook, regardless!

* If you do not have your own laptop, there are a few available to rent during the session. Please contact concierge@mylifebook.com asap to reserve one if necessary.
