Written by Lifebook Member Phyll P. Lifebook has been an amazing experience for me. It has really made me focus on my life in all the 12 categories, probably for the first time ever - and I'm 63 so that's a long time! I was already focused...

Starting Lifebook in January 2017, with my beloved partner Lieven, changed my life and my family. The first little assignment -- the "Stop Doing List" -- brought awareness to my day, my hours, my minutes of useless wasted time. By creating this list, I dedicated myself...

Writing a research paper can be extremely frustrating due to the time pressure, thorough research required, and the high expectations to deliver quality work. The list is endless. It gets worse when you fall into the trap of scam research paper writing companies. Essaystore.org was purposely...

By Lifebook Member Katie D'Alexander My cousin gifted me with the opportunity to attend Lifebook in June 2009, soon after I decided to leave a career in public relations and marketing.  I had no career direction, I was single and I had recently been diagnosed with high blood pressure (at the ripe old age of 25).  I found myself depleting my savings account and living with two roommates: my parents.  So needless to say, Lifebook could not have come at a better time for me. My experience with Lifebook was unlike anything I could have ever imagined.

Lifebook encourages its members to take advantage of every opportunity to celebrate life throughout each category. This 'Carpe diem' (seize the day) philosophy is one that I actively apply to every aspect of my life, including my Social Life.

Oftentimes people remark to me that I have so much fun in my social life. But having fun doesn't come by accident. For me, making meaningful social connections has become an everyday experience. No matter how brief my interactions with others, each person I encounter is in my LIFE and I want to share something with them, even if only for a moment. I continually apply my practice of truly acknowledging people as important individuals through questions and comments. Additionally, creating environments of comfort, fun and adventure for my friends is of critical importance to me.

Written by Lifebook Member Dave Hopper This is the story of how Lifebook motivated me to fulfill my life's passion. As Jon Butcher himself could tell you, I have a lot of ideas. He could also tell you that I don't take action on most of them. That is, at least until March 2009, when I attended my second Lifebook Session. I have been through Lifebook twice – once at age 20 and again at age 23. The first time I went through I came out with an overriding goal to be the best MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) fighter I could possibly be, and to fight in the UFC. Graduating college had become a side note. I came out of my Lifebook Session with so much motivation that I completely blew away all of my obstacles and achieved most of my goals.
