In order to qualify for the prize, you must follow ALL THREE of these steps:
1. Officially enter the challenge by commenting your goal on Lifebook’s Facebook page by January 5, and taking a BEFORE picture (if applicable)
Your commitment can be anything from implementing a new fitness routine to nutrition, weight loss, or personal care goals… the sky is the limit! Whatever you choose, be sure it will really move the needle in your life. Ask yourself, “What is ONE goal I can accomplish this month that will completely transform my health and fitness?”
Share your goal by Friday, January 5, and increase your chances of winning by sharing a “before” picture (not required, but counts as a bonus!).
2. Check in ONCE PER WEEK on the Facebook page
Return to the Lifebook Facebook page once per week (or more) to give us a report of how you’re doing, ask questions, find and offer encouragement and accountability to the community, and share inspirational resources and quotes. This will give us a chance to support one another and stay on track toward our goals.
Check-ins can include anything you’d like to share, but you must check in weekly to qualify for the prize. See below for exact schedule requirements.
3. Report your final progress by Friday, February 2 and include your AFTER picture (if applicable)
Now is your time to SHINE. Show us the results you’ve created throughout the month by posting a detailed account of how you achieved success on the Lifebook Facebook page. Week 1: Declare your goal by no later than Friday, January 5
Week 2: Check in by no later than Friday, January 12
Week 3: Check in by no later than Friday, January 19

Week 5: Report your final progress by no later than Friday, February 2
