Transform ONE Behavior (using Jon’s 3-step process)

There’s one single behavior that, if changed, could radically alter the course of your life.

What is it for you?

Whether you want to implement a new positive behavior, or eliminate a limiting behavior, this exercise has the power to revolutionize the way you live!

Is there an area of your life that isn’t working at the level you’d like it to?

Ask yourself what ONE THING you’re consistently doing (or NOT doing) that is preventing you from reaching your full potential. Then get ready to take massive action!

In the words of Jack Canfield, it’s time to “try on some new behaviors to see if they produce better results!”

Here’s how:

First, get crystal clear on the behavior you intend to transform.

Then, answer Jon’s 3 powerful questions to get ultra-conscious about exactly where you are now, and where this behavior will take you.

Be sure to WRITE THIS DOWN.

  1. What is the current payoff for this behavior (or lack of behavior)?
What do you love about it?  What are all the positives?  Get crystal clear on what you have to give up by transforming this area of your life.  Don’t get blind-sided by desire down the road… Put it all out in the open before you begin.
  2. What price am I paying for this behavior?
What will your life look like, years down the road, if you decide NOT to do anything about this?  What is it doing to you? How is it hurting your life?  Go DEEP into the pain here… use it to gain leverage on yourself and tie your actions to a deeper purpose.
  3. What will my life be like when I change this behavior?
What are the real benefits of changing this behavior?  How will your life be different, better, great?  What does the big picture look like? Lock in the concrete vision of the new you, and make it as beautiful as you can.

And here’s a helpful tip to remember on those days you “just don’t feel like it…”

Practicing something 99% of the time is extremely hard, but committing yourself to it 100% of the time makes it unbelievably easy.

So go for 100%!

We wish you SUCCESS!
